Based on the world-known educational material, the company provides toys and is engaged in the development of infants' creativity through playing and learning.
The role:
Due to massive business growth the company is currently looking for Legal Counsel.
Responsibilities:
On this position working closely with business managers you will be responsible for supporting all commercial activities of the company, that is drafting and negotiating different types of contracts including, but not limited to service agreements, distribution, sales, logistics, trade and customs, HR, IP, contracts. You will be dealing with company’s HR and tax issues from legal perspective. You will also be involved into overall legal support of the company. In terms of subordination you will report to General Director; besides that you will be in contact with HQ on important issues.
Requirements:
To be successful for this position you will have:
- Higher degree from a major Russian university
- At least 5 years of relevant PQE
- Good knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate labor and tax law
- Ability to work as part of a small team with a highly commercial approach
- Excellent communicative skills
- Fluency in English is a must.
